Couples and Individual Psychotherapist
Charlotte is an associate therapist with the practice. She is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
Charlotte specialises in relationship issues, including couple and family breakdown. She provides assessment and treatment to individuals and couples. Charlotte is an integrative counsellor, drawing on therapeutic models including systemic, psychodynamic, narrative and motivational interviewing. She is also qualified and experienced in providing clinical supervision.
After attaining a Masters degree in Relationship Therapy, Charlotte worked for Relate as an accredited therapist. She undertook training with the Tavistock Institute, London, and is qualified to deliver their couple based treatment for depression. Charlotte has also undertaken the CAFCASS ‘Separated Parents Information Programme’ training.
In addition to these skills, Charlotte is also a qualified solicitor and has worked in the area of family law for over 20 years.
