Relationship Therapy differs from Couple’s Therapy in terms of the diversity of application and timescale. Relationship Therapy is the process of counselling the parties of a human relationship in an effort to recognise and to better manage or reconcile, troublesome differences and repeating patterns of stress upon the relationship.
The relationship may be between members of a family or a couple, employees or employers in a work place, or between a professional and a client. Couples Therapy is a subset of Relationship Therapy. It may differ from other forms of Relationship Therapy in many ways, including duration. Short term Relationship Counselling may last between 1 and 3 sessions, whereas Couple’s Therapy is usually 8 to 16 sessions in duration.
Together, we will assist you to face and work through the most difficult issues of your relationship. We help you heal your relationships and we help you to agree if separation is the best option. Reaching the best option for everyone.
